01.14 – Tuesday

Today marks the start of our #800gchallenge! Often times adopting new habits and practices can be challenging. Sometimes we put unneeded pressure on ourselves to be 100% perfect. Trying to achieve perfection all of the time is unrealistic and can often lead to an all or nothing mentally, where if we aren’t perfect for the day, we use it as an excuse to throw that day away and give up. . .

Instead, focus more on being consistently good. Hitting 600-700g every day is a lot better than hitting 800g one day and 100g the rest of the week. The consistency over time is what makes habits stick.
