Remember, for mixed fruits and veggies, the #800gChallenge only ends up being 500-600 calories (fat sources like avocado and olives are responsible for the higher end of calories). So, there really is room for those dietary indiscretions we all love. And, what else is going to fill the diet? It’s pretty hard to argue against a healthy daily dose of fruits and vegetables.
