The #800gChallenge was never meant to be a challenge only used for a limited length of time. It is meant to be a daily “challenge” anyone can use indefinitely. Or, if a holiday gets in the way and breaks the #800gChallenge streak – no problem! Just get right back to the fruits and veggies the following day.

CONSISTENTLY GOOD > INCONSISTENTLY PERFECT
