You made it! Congratulations on reaching the end of the #800gChallenge®! At the very least, hopefully, you are including more nutrient-dense fruits and veggies in your daily diet even if you aren’t hitting the 800g mark every day. Lots of diets CAN work; this is simply one way to measure quality in the diet without obsessing about every detail.
