In March we’ll be participating in the Bod-Pod Challenge! After the 800g Challenge and practicing Lazy Marcos in February…March is the perfect time for a 6-week body fat % loss challenge! This amazing challenge will help you get focused and identify where you may need to put extra work in.

This mid-March Bod Pod Challenge is a great opportunity to buckle down and become super disciplined in:

-nutrition

-appropriate protein intake (building on Lazy Macros)

-vegetable intake (building on the 800g Challenge)

-limiting sugar

-food logging

-water intake

-meal prepping

-exercising

We will be using the services of a Bod Pod for the before and after body composition measurements! This is an amazing tool and one of the most accurate ways to measure your body’s composition. Body composition (percent fat and lean) reflects the results of both physical activity and nutritional practices. Bodyweight alone can be very misleading. The scale cannot tell the difference between a pound of fat and a pound of muscle. Knowing your body fat percentage is an important first step at the onset of any fitness or dietary program.

Plus, this Bod Pod can be self-used! If you are concerned about privacy the Bod Pod technician can show you how to use this yourself for full privacy!

The Bod Pod will be at Mohawk and West before and after the challenge. We’ll have sign-up sheets at each location soon. Make sure to sign-up and reserve your time.
