Want to get a workout in but need a break from lifting? Try out the BURN class! BURN is an hour-long class like CrossFit, but with a focus on high-intensity interval training and body-weight circuits with little to no weightlifting and added cardio, core, and muscle-toning exercises. Plus on Fridays BURN is a partner workout! Available only at Mohawk on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s at 9:30 am.
