Now that we’re into summer, we can’t stress enough how important staying hydrated and getting enough water on a daily basis is. Without enough water pre and post-workout, you risk becoming dehydrated, lethargic, cramping and your workout capacity will suffer! Beyond this, did you know water is required for building muscle and increasing strength and endurance? Don’t let your body or workouts suffer. Stay hydrated and continue those gains! The recommended amount of water per day is at least half your body weight in ounces.
