08.13 – Tuesday

This is a reminder to make sure you always strive to get to your class on time or even a little early if you need to change. We go over a lot of announcements and important work out details right at the beginning. You might even miss valuable warmup exercises that help prevent injuries during the workout. It’s also critical to show your coach that you respect and appreciate the time they are putting in for you. If something out of the ordinary happens are you’re a little late, that’s totally understandable. This is for anyone who is chronically late all the time. Do what you can to make it and let’s have a great week everyone!

Summer is wrapping up, and the S’mores and BBQ have taken their tool. Time to get your fitness on back on track! Let us help you!!!

We will lead you from the very beginning, and help you move safely and properly. A workout program also needs to be FUN if it’s going to be sustainable.

So far this year we’ve graduated four big groups of beginners and helped them into a solid habit of exercise, and on the right path for success. Let us help YOU, and be a part of our next group!

Our Beginners Program starts Monday, August 19th and goes for 6 weeks. We meet 3 days a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. (18 sessions)
