09.14 – Monday!!!

We are back at it Monday! When missing several days in a row, it’s easy to turn it into missing a couple of weeks. Let’s get back on track and in the gym this week. Workouts during this week will remain lower intensity, but still a great sweat. If you’re up for it, have your best-filtered masks ready to go.
