CrossFit Total – Monday


Let’s see those PR’s! We worked our way through the strength cycle and now it’s time to test our best squat, press and deadlift!  Monday night at Mohawk 4:30-6:30 pm Leslie from Arbonne will be handing out samples of protein powders and supplements.
