As a CrossFit Coach, Chris really enjoys helping people achieve fitness goals. Now, as a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, he is excited to continue to grow as a coach and meet new people to help them achieve an excellent level of physical fitness. You can find Chris coaching at CFI West as well as competing in local competitions with other CrossFit Intensify athletes and local CrossFitters.

Ken Knight

Coach Ken
CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, CFI Coach

Coach Ken played football and rugby in high school then continued to play rugby for over 10 years. He’s been CrossFitting for over 6 years and coaching for almost 4 and a half years. Coach Ken’s favorite part of being a coach is seeing a person reach a goal, whether it’s hitting a new personal record on a lift, doing a movement in a workout “Rx” for the first time, or finally seeing something click so they figure out how to do a movement. Most of all he loves watching members have fun with CrossFit!

Byron Hetrick

Coach Byron
CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, CFI Coach

Coach Byron first started CrossFit at CrossFit Intensify in March 2012. After seeing tremendous progress as an athlete and becoming more competitive in his workouts, he started coaching in 2014 to help others achieve similar success. He particularly enjoys the early morning classes and seeing members who never participated in athletics do things they never thought possible! When not CrossFitting, he studies obesity and metabolism in the Human Physiology department at the University of Oregon.

Jasmine Hatch

Coach Jasmine

She loves being outdoors and exploring new trails. When she started CrossFit, she fell in love with the workouts and began really growing as a CrossFit athlete and competitor. Thanks to CrossFit and the CFI community she experienced huge personal growth in the past 7 years, overcoming her initial shyness and insecurity. She is much more confident in all aspects of her life and her new passion is being able to coach other CrossFitters and see that growth in them as well.

Annie Whiddon

Since then she has dedicated herself to CrossFit, losing over 100 lbs in the process. Over the years she has become a student of CrossFit, coaching kids, beginners and experienced athletes. She passionately coaches other CrossFitters to help them reach the same success she has reached.

Matt started CrossFitting at CFI in October of 2012 and joined the coaching staff in January of 2017.
