CrossFit Intensify now offers a CrossFit Kids Program for children ages 4-9!  Please contact us for more information!

Walk-ins (without scheduling a one-on-one intro) are welcome but will be subject to a $20 drop-in fee.

All Saturday workouts are Bring-a-Friend partner workouts. Members can bring a friend with them to the class for free.
