The CFI Basics Program

This program is designed for beginners new to CrossFit.

Basics classes are offered three times a day Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. These classes focus on the basics: conditioning, body control, and technique fundamentals. You won’t see any complicated movements with barbells or rings, just challenging body-weight conditioning workouts to help build a foundation of fitness before progressing to the regular CrossFit classes.

Basics members pay a discounted monthly fee and are limited to the Basics classes. Each class is capped at 20 members and led by up to 2 CFI Coaches.

New members are encouraged to join the Basics Program for their first month before progressing to the CrossFit classes, however Basics members can stay in the Basics Program as long as they want or need. For more information, please see the Schedule and Pricing pages.

The CFI CrossFit Program

This program offers functional fitness at its highest level.

CrossFit classes are offered throughout the day Monday-Friday (6 in the morning, 6 in the afternoon/evening). Several morning workout sessions are offered each weekend as well. For schedule information, please see the Schedule page.

These classes focus on the CrossFit Intensify Workout of the Day (WOD). Each WOD is a mix of constantly varied functional exercises that will challenge athletes of all skill levels. The exercises are scalable to any level, so anyone can participate in the program, only with slight modifications. Workouts are not repeated very often, maybe every 3-5 months, if ever. This ensures a fresh and challenging workout each and every day with zero plateaus and constant progress.

Each class is led by a CFI Coach who leads the group through group warm-ups, a daily strength/skill workout, and a met-con (conditioning) Workout of the Day. The group atmosphere offers an exciting and motivating environment so everyone can push themselves to new limits. Whether you’re competing with yourself or the person next to you, you’ll find yourself working harder than you ever thought possible.

Class sign-ups are not required. CrossFit members can come whenever they want as often as they want. 4-5 days/week is what we recommend for the best results.
