What is BURN?

 

BURN is an hour-long class like CrossFit, but with a focus on high-intensity interval training and body-weight circuits with little to no weightlifting and added cardio, core and muscle-toning exercises.

 

The workouts are simple and fun.

 

No judgment. No competition.

 

You’ll get in, get out and get that BURN you’re looking for!

 

If you love a traditional boot-camp or HIIT class, you’ll love the BURN! 

 

BURN Schedule

 

Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 8:30 am at West in Eugene

Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 9:30 am at Mohawk in Springfield.

 

Pricing

 

BURN is included with a CFI CrossFit Membership.

 

BURN memberships are also available for access to only the BURN classes 3 days per week.
