BURN is an hour-long class like CrossFit, but focuses on body-weight circuit training with little to no weight and added core and muscle-toning exercises. The workouts are simple and fun. You’ll get in, get out and get that BURN you’re looking for!

Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 8:30 am at West in Eugene

Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 9:30 am at Mohawk in Springfield.



CFI CrossFit members can attend BURN classes free with their membership.

We also now offer lower-cost BURN memberships for access to only the BURN classes 3 days per week.
