Saturday’s WOD For Time (25 minute cap): 2000 m Row 1600 m Run 150 Clean & Jerks (135/95 lbs) 4-person teams: 2 men, 2 women. Each member completes a 500m row before the team moves on to the run. Each member completes a 400m run before the team moves on to the C & J’s. more ยป
