Expansion Weekend!

The Box is closed Saturday and Sunday for renovations. It’s Expansion Weekend! We’re tearing down the dividing wall and adding nearly 4,000 square feet of space. We’ll finally be able to spread out and have plenty of room for our growing classes. Monday July 2nd is our Move-in Work Party! Our rubber stall mats get more »

Turkish Get-up, Ring Dip, Up Down Partner WOD – Friday

  Friday’s WOD With a partner complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of: 4 Turkish Get-Ups 6 Ring Dips  8 Up Downs While one partner is working on the AMRAP, the other is completing a 250 m Run. When the runner finishes, the partners switch taking over where the other left off. more »
