Weighted Dips, Bar-facing Burpee, Sumo Deadlift High-pull – Thursday

Thursday’s WOD 15 minutes to find your 3-rep max weighted ring dip. Then, 10 minutes as many rounds as possible: 8 bar-facing burpees 8 sumo deadlift high-pulls (95/65) Tonight at 6pm we just need a couple volunteers to help us put up painter’s tape and plastic to protect the ceiling grid from primer and paint more ยป
