- Rest 2 minutes.
As many deadlifts as possible in 2 minutes (225/155 lbs).

It’s the beginning of April and the start of the Spring Challenge Personal Record race! If you’ve done a WOD before and this time around you get a better score or use less scaling, you’ve got yourself a PR. Make sure to make a scene and call attention to yourself because you’re kind of a big deal. Ring the PR bell and get showered with “Hey-O’s” from your fellow CrossFitters. Then, don’t forget to write “PR!” next to your name on the whiteboard. This is how we know to input your PR into our log, using the whiteboard photos at the end of the night. This also means that it will help if you come to the box each day with an idea of what you need to do to PR. Look up your old scores before you come in. This will give you a goal, something to beat, so you know right away whether or not you improved. If you need more clarification on the PR race rules, don’t hesitate to ask!
We’re also tracking attendance, Challengers! Get in here as much as you can. Come June, the challengers with the most WODs completed will rank highest in this challenge category.

April 14th – CrossFit Open/Battle of the Sexes Paleo Potluck Party! 12:00 at the box! Team Y is cooking a Paleo feast for Team X. Come celebrate the 2012 CrossFit Open with us, even if you didn’t participate. Everyone is welcome. Team X will be awarded the inaugural X vs Y trophy and we’ll pass out the CFI CrossFit Open T-shirts!
