Cash-out
5 minutes, as many Turkish get-ups as possible, alternating (45/35 lbs).
Almost all of the pre-ordered hoodies have been picked up. We have extra hoodies available if you’d like to exchange your size. Please come talk to us if you did not pick up your hoodie because it didn’t fit and would like to pick up a new size. If there are not any left in your new size, we apologize and we will make sure you get in on the new hoodie order. We should be putting this order in as soon as possible, in the next few weeks.
Remember, shirts with the same design are available as well. Talk to us at the desk to put your name on the list for a CFI t-shirt in the new order.
We also still have Rev 1 Jump Ropes available! They’re $25 and worth every penny. Use this super-fast steel-cable jump rope to final do double unders!
CrossFit Intensify is running the Dirty Dash! Join our team at this year’s Dirty Dash mud run. It’s right in our backyard at Mt. Pisgah. For more information please visit thedirtydash.com.
