Sunday is Oly Lifting Day and this Sunday we’ll do a great Benchmark WOD, Amanda. WODs like Amanda serve as great tests of the progress you’ve made on extremely technical skills. The muscle-up and squat snatch are two of the most difficult movements in CrossFit. Pair them together and you’ve got yourself a monumental challenge. For most people, completing Amanda as prescribed is a lofty goal and serious accomplishment. Keep working to improve and one day it will happen. It’s just a matter of time.
If you’re looking at today’s workout and thinking “I can’t do that! You guys are crazy!” then please note the scaling groups and understand that everyone can do this WOD, just with a little modification.
