Notes and Announcements
Today’s Baseline WOD is a Fall Challenge Workout! Please try to make it in today! If you can’t, please let us know when you’d like to make-up your Baseline.
This Wednesday (Sept 19th) and next Monday (Sept 24th) are also Fall Challenge workouts. Wednesday’s will be difficult to make-up on your own. If you can’t make it that day, please reschedule your session with Andrew or Zach. Monday’s can be done any time before the end of September.
Fall Challengers! If you still have not completed your weigh-in and measurements, get your butt in gear and get it done before September ends.
Congratulations to all the Feasters who have made it through their first week! Keep it up guys! Get through the first couple weeks of detox and you’ll be amazed at the results!
