Behind the Neck Push Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
Sunday’s Oly Lifting day and today we’ll focus on a new lift for some of you: the behind the neck push jerk. We’ll set-up like a back squat with the bar on our shoulders, set our grip like our overhead squat or snatch, and then push jerk the weight overhead. Like always, we’ll take plenty of time to work on the technique. After that, we’ll see how much weight you can get overhead.
