- Feasters! You have a few more days left in your reintroduction phase and then you’ll be done. We hope you guys learned a lot over the past 40+ days. If you’re interested in making some sort of transition to a long-term lifestyle change and incorporating some of those things you learned about clean nutrition, come talk to us. We’re happy to help you keep this up! My guess is, those that keep it going will do very VERY well in the Fall Challenge!

- All you Fall Challengers better be posting to BTWB too! How else will you know for sure when you set a PR?! That’s an important challenge category. Don’t forget it! If you ever have questions whether something is a PR or not, just let us know. 9 times out of 10 we’ll give it to ya. But you have to double check first.
