8 rounds for time:
- 10 burpees
- 15 jumping lunges, alternating
- 20 double unders
- 25 yard shuttle, 5 x 5 yd
- Rest 90 seconds between rounds
- 5:30, 6:30, 7:30, 8:30 am – CrossFit Intensify WOD sessions
- 9:30 am – CrossFit Games Open WOD session
- 10:30 am – CrossFit Intensify WOD session
- 1:30, 2:30, 3:30 pm – CrossFit Games Open WOD sessions
- 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, 7:30 pm- CrossFit Intensify WOD sessions
The Open WOD
As many reps as possible in 7 minutes:
- Burpees (jumping and touching a 6″ target)
Open participants can substitute the Open workout for the CFI WOD at any session. Just please schedule this substitution with a coach so we can make sure you have a judge. There will be a group of us doing it early at 7:30 am if anyone wants to join!
This Open WOD will be programmed as the CrossFit Intensify WOD this Saturday. So if you’re planning on doing the Open just once, please try to make it on Saturday rather than today. That way you won’t have to do the WOD twice!
