Submit your Open WOD score on the Games Website!

The deadline for CFIers to post their Open WOD score is 4 pm today! Log-in to your profile on games.crossfit.com. Follow the link on the right side of the page that says “Submit a score.” Select CrossFit Intensify as the affiliate, enter the number of reps completed, and click submit! Confirm your submission and that’s a wrap for week 1 of the Open! (Please be careful you do not select CrossFit IntensiTy. That’s a different box. We are CrossFit IntensiFy, with an F!)

Please arrive a little early to warm-up and stretch!

We host these 3 hour Olympic Lifting Seminars every couple months. These lifts are so complex, it’s impossible for us to delve into the details and successfully teach you every critical component in our quick CrossFit sessions. We need more time and more one-on-one attention with each person. That’s where these seminars come in. This crash course in technique is the perfect way to quickly improve your Olympic Lifting skills.

Why focus on Oly Lifting? These lifts are unparalleled in their ability to improve a person’s speed and power. Not to mention they dramatically increase an athlete’s abilities in nearly every other physical skill: strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. That’s almost every skill in your fitness repertoire. Improve your Oly Lifting and incorporate these lifts in your regular training and suddenly you’ll dramatically improve your weaknesses and enhance your strengths.
