- 15 air squats

Great job in the first week of The Open, Team Intensify!
After a little number crunching tonight and a final tally of all the participants, tomorrow we’ll announce which team won the first week of our Battle of the Sexes competition! We’ll also announce our week 1 MVPs from each team. There were some amazing performances as people battled through those burpees. The MVPs will win an awesome prize for the effort! Amazing job everyone!
The CrossFit Intensify Spring Challenge begins Thursday! Please bring in your $10 buy-in as soon as you can. We cannot give you the worksheet until we receive your buy-in.
We encourage everyone to do the Challenge! Everyone has a shot at winning. Plus, you get a little extra motivation to push you improve over the next 3 months. It’s absolutely worth it! You even get a free body fat analysis with our ultrasound testing unit at the beginning and end of the challenge, just for participating. (Please schedule this body fat test in advance with a coach. You’ll need to arrive a little early to a workout session if possible. Thanks!)
