Find your Clean & Jerk 1-rep max!
Then, every minute on the minute (EMOTM) for 10 minutes:
- 1 clean & jerk at 80% 1RM
It’s Oly Lifting Day at CrossFit Intensify! Come work on your clean & jerk technique and get a new 1-rep max PR. Before we begin lifting, we’ll work on the split jerk and try using this technique during the session. After we find your new PR , we’ll go back down in weight and do a little EMOTM training to refine technique and build up your confidence, speed, and strength in the lift.
After you hit that PR, run over to the Casanova Center to watch the areas best lifters compete in the U of O Weightlifting Classic. This is an official USAW event. For more info, click here.
