- 60 bar-facing burpees
- 30 overhead squats (120/90)
- 10 muscle-ups
A=3x pull-ups for MUs
B=30 bar-facing burpees, 95/65, 3x PUs
C=30 bar-facing burpees, 65/35, 3x ring rows
