- Back Squat 1-rep max
- Shoulder Press 1-rep max
- Deadlift 1-rep max
You have 3 attempts at your 1-rep max for each lift. You can warm-up with each lift before moving up in weight and rest a minute or two between lifts. Add up your heaviest squat, press, and deadlift for your “Total” score.
Today’s WOD is a Spring Challenge workout. Please make it in today. If you’re in the Challenge and you can’t make it, please email us to schedule a time to make up this workout before the end of June. This is especially important for this workout because it takes a full hour and a coach must be there to guide and/or supervise.
The CrossFit Total is not only a great test of physical strength, it’s also a test of mental toughness. Can you lift that weight? Do you believe deep down that you can? If you do, you probably will. If you don’t, and you’re spending too much time listening to that negative voice in your head, then you probably won’t. It’s a mental game we play with ourselves. You’re going to win the game today.
