CrossFit Games Week update!

Thursday July 12th – The Box is open for regular hours! Jasmine will be here in the morning. Patrick in the afternoon/evening.

Friday July 13th – The Box is open for sessions at 7:30, 8:30, & 9:30 am and 4:30, 5:30, & 6:30 pm. Patrick will be in town so we’ll keep the Box open as much as possible!

Saturday July 14th – We’re planning a Track workout at a local school track. More information coming soon!!

Sunday July 15th/Monday July 16th - More info coming soon!

The Member Goal board has been cleared. Please write up new goals! If you can’t remember your goals, you can either make some new ones or talk to one of us. CJ saved pictures of the board in case people wanted to look up their old goals.

Don’t forget to pick up your Red Sea shirts/tanks! Please talk with one of us so we can check you off the list!
