With a running clock complete 1 clean & jerk on the first minute, 2 C & Js on the second, 3 on the third, etc. Continue until the clock catches up to you and you cannot complete the clean & jerks before the next round begins.

Notes and Announcements
- Don’t worry, despite the name, today’s WOD will not kill you. It’s just a funny name we give these types of every minute on the minute add-a-rep workouts.
- Today at 12:00 we’re hosting a coach’s meeting. After the 11:00 session we’ll have to close up shop for all members, so sorry but you won’t be able to stay after to get in your extra lifting or skill work. Please plan accordingly. Thanks.
- This week is the start of our Basics Program! We’re extremely excited for this special program for beginners. The classes kick off Monday at 8:30am. We’ll be running this Basics class at the same time we host our regular CrossFit workout session. In BTWB you’ll now be able to see a Basics WOD as one of the WODs listed for that day. Obviously this is for Basics Class participants only, so regular CrossFit members can ignore these extra workouts.
