Double Unders, Push-ups, Bumper Plate Overhead Squats – Saturday
Saturday’s WOD
With a partner complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
- 10 push-ups
- 10 bumper plate overhead squats (45/25 lbs)
While one partner is working on the AMRAP, the other partner must complete 50 double unders. Once 50 double unders are done, the partners switch places, taking over where the other left off in the AMRAP.
As always, members can bring a friend for free to partner up with in today’s WOD. Don’t worry, we won’t force you to do double unders if you don’t know how. Singles or jump touches still make this a great workout!
