Notes and Announcements
One of out favorite Hero workouts, “DT”, is here again. Come take on this nasty combination of barbell movements, and see if your forarms can survive. Anyone who has done DT will tell you that it is extremely important to try and hook grip the bar. In a workout like this where you are gripping the bar the whole time, the forarms are the first to go. So the people who are able to control the bar with a hook grip are going to be way more successful.
Members are starting to fill up the front cubbies with their shoes or other personal belongings. These cubbies are for temporary use only. Please take it all home with you when you are finished, or talk to us about renting a cubby in the back. The front cubbies will be cleaned out at the end of this week.
