2012 CFI Fall Challenge Olympic Lifting Meet!
Snatch 1-1-1
Clean & Jerk 1-1-1
Final score is total combined weight of the heaviest snatch and heaviest C&J.
Today’s a Fall Challenge workout! Please make it in today. If you can’t and you’re in the Fall Challenge, please let us know so we can reschedule this workout before the end of September.
Everyone will complete an Olympic Lifting meet, with 3 attempts at a max snatch and then 3 attempts at a max clean & jerk. We’ll take time to go over technique with each lift before we do it. Everyone will be held to Olympic Lifting standards, similar to an official Olympic Lifting competition. Even if you’re a beginner, come on in and give it your best shot. We’ll set a baseline mark today and then get a huge PR when we redo this WOD in December.
The Fall Challenge is well underway. The pot is getting huge. There’s still time to buy-in. Just bring in $20 cash and we’ll get you started.
