- Front Squat (135/95 lbs)
- Ring Push-up
- Row (calories)
Today we’ll practice the front rack position and the squat clean. You’ll have the choice to do the day’s WOD or just work on technique and strength in the squat clean and front squat. If you decide to do the WOD, we’ll encourage everyone to begin each set of front squats with a squat clean.
