Front Squats, Squat Clean Thrusters – Wednesday

A full Box Monday night for the WOD MOB! Careful what you wish for Patrick! I hope everyone had a good workout in that madness.

Wednesday’s WOD

Strength/Skill:

20 minutes to find your 4RM Front Squat.

The first rep of each set must be a hanging squat clean.

Met-con:

2 minute AMRAP of hang squat clean thrusters.

Rx=135/95, A=105/75, B=75/55, C=55/35

  • Next up we’ll be offering thick cotton hoodies just in time for the turning weather. We’ll also offer a basic CFI cotton t-shirt with our logo on the front and “Life Changing Fitness” on the back. The hoodies will have our logo on the front and offered in multiple colors. These hoodies and shirts shrink a little bit so you might want to order a size up if you’re normally in between sizes. You’ll find the options listed in the CFI online store on CF Dashboard. Pre-order your hoodie or shirt ASAP. Once we hit our minimum number of orders, we’ll send it off the screen printers and get you your shirts and hoodies. If you have any questions, please let us know.
  • Unfortunately, due to some complications with our screen printers, we won’t be selling the Alternative Apparel CFI hoodies right now. They may be back in a few months. As soon as anything changes, we’ll let you know.
