The CFI Running Clinic has been rescheduled! Unfortunately due to a last-minute scheduling conflict, we had to cancel the running clinic we had scheduled for November 3rd. We’re very sorry to everyone who had pre-registered! On top of that, Mark and Vicki will be busy training a junior national running team until December. So, we had to push it back to December 15th. Once again, sorry CrossFitters. If you’d like to sign-up and pre-register for the Running Clinic now on Dec 15th, please shoot us an email and we’ll put you on the list.
