Today’s all about Olympic Lifting technique and the clean and jerk. It’s a good taste of what some of our Sunday workout sessions are like.
This WOD is also the last programmed Spring Challenge workout. Please try to make it in today. If you can’t, let us know so we can reschedule this WOD for you. If you’ve made it in to every Spring Challenge workout, all you have left on your worksheet should be the weigh-in and measurements.
Those Challenge worksheets are due on June 30th and the weigh-in/measurements only takes 5-10 minutes. Please talk to a coach and give us a heads up when you’d like to complete the measurements. You can try to catch us 5-10 minutes before a workout session. If there’s time, we’ll figure out just how much body fat you’ve melted away this Spring.
