With a partner complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
- 4 handstand push-ups
- 8 sumo deadlift high-pulls (95/65 lbs)
- 12 box jumps (24/20″)
Partners cycle through the exercises, one person working at a time.
A=75/55 & 20/16, B=55/35 & 16/12 or lower, C=B with 4/6/8 reps
Notes and Announcements
- Saturday November 3rd – Monday November 5th (next weekend) the Box will be closed for our specialty Seminar weekend. Saturday is the CrossFit Goal-Setting Trainer Course. Sunday and Monday is the CrossFit Kettlebell Trainer Course. Greg Amundson, CrossFit’s original firebreather, will be here to lead both seminars. If you haven’t already registered follow the links on the right side of the page. Both seminars will be all-day events, so sorry CFIers but the Box will be closed.
- Since the Box will be closed for the Goal-Setting Seminar, next Saturday will be a perfect chance for another Butt-kicker at the Butte! We’ll meet up for a couple sessions in the morning starting at the base of Kelly Butte and then do our fun Butte Run WOD up to the top. We’ll announce times this week.
- We’re also planning some potential workouts for Monday November 5th. A few of us may be meeting up at a local track. More info coming this week!
