I just wanted to test you guys by posting this WOD late. You know. So I can keep you on your toes! Turns out a few of you guys kind of freaked. That’s ok. It’s normal. But I hope you’re not itching to see the WOD the night before because you’re thinking of cherry-picking. Who would do THAT?! Not you. Because you know that picking and choosing WODs that you like, while avoiding WODs that you don’t like, stops improvement dead in its tracks. Right?
No, but seriously, it’s been over 2 years and I’ve never forgotten a post until tonight. Sorry to leave you all hanging. Something important was going on! Instead of sitting back and blogging, I was out celebrating at Kyle Baker and Caitlin Ritchey’s wedding! These two friends and members at CFI are a fresh couple of CrossFit newlyweds!
