Jenny is staying dedicated during her pregnancy. With a few simple modifications, she’s able to stick to the program. CrossFit is infinitely scalable. Anyone in any situation at any fitness level can do it, in one form or another. The next time you think “I can’t do that!” Just come in and talk to your coach. We’ll show you that you can.

- 21 kettlebell swings (53/35 lbs)
- 12 pull-ups
A=53/35 lb Russian swings, B=35/26 American swings, C=250 m run & 35/18 lb American swings

Upcoming events:
Monday September 3rd, Labor Day, the Box is closed for the Holiday. We’ll be meeting at 10:30am at Alton Baker Park for the first ever CrossFit Community WOD! Meet some fellow CrossFitters from your local community and join us in a fun Labor Day workout.
Saturday September 8th is the Warrior Dash! A bunch of CFIers are running in the Saturday 12:00 heat. Let’s start organizing car-pooling and what not. If you’re going, please let us know.
