The Box is closed for the 4th of July. Happy Independence Day CrossFitters!

Need a 4th of July WOD? Why not the Butte to Butte?! Do this annual 10K, 5K, or 4.5 mile walk. There will be tons of CrossFitters there showing their CFI pride! Join the Independence Day party early in the morning then celebrate America all day. For more info visit the Butte to Butte website.

The CrossFit Games are only a little over a week away and the Red Sea CFI Fan t-shirts and tank tops are here! Please come pick yours up Thursday. If you chose to pay with a card, I’ll be processing those payments soon. It will be $10. Please talk with one of us before you pick it up. We need to check you off our list. Wear this shirt/tank down in LA at the Home Depot Center! Time to flex our CFI muscle on the world’s biggest stage.

Mark you calendars! After we get back from the Games, we’re celebrating our Team’s victory and the Expansion with a Summer BBQ and Party! Sunday July 22nd, the day after the Dirty Dash! It’ll definitely be time to celebrate at CFI!
