20 minute AMRAP:
- 20 Jump Touches (12″)
- 10 Medicine Ball Cleans (20/14)
- 10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
Partners cycle through the exercises, one person working at a time.
A=53/35 Russian swings, B=35/26 American, C=35/26 or lower Russians
