As many reps as possible:
- 2 minute box jumps (24/20″)
- 2 minute wall balls (20 to 10′/14 to 9′)
- 2 minute kettlebell swings (1.5/1 pood)
- 2 minute goblet squats (1.5/1 pood)
- 2 minute sit-ups
- 400 m run (max effort)
Two scores today: Total reps and 400 meter time.
The CrossFit Games are now SOLD OUT, but don’t fear!
