Saturday’s WOD

For max reps:

  • 2 minute box jumps (24/20″)
  • 2 minute wall balls (20 to 10′/14 to 9′)
  • 2 minute kettlebell swings (53/35 lbs)
  • 2 minute goblet squats (53/35 lbs)
  • 2 minute sit-ups
  • Max effort 400 meter sprint

The timer for the 400 starts right when the 2 minutes of sit-ups is over. 

Two scores today: Totals Reps and 400 Meter Time. 

Notes and Announcements

  • Bringing a friend today? Today’s WOD isn’t a partner workout but we’ll still partner up and count for each other. Help your friend out and cheer them on as they work their way through the circuit. Then encourage them through the finish line as you run with them on their 400 meter run finale!
