Wednesday’s WOD

30 Burpee Buy-in

12 min AMRAP:

  • 10 med ball cleans
  • 50 ft sprint
  • 10 box jumps (24/20)
  • 50 ft sprint

The clock starts on the first burpee and you must complete all 30 before scoring on the AMRAP portion.

With the start of our Fall Challenge this September, we’ll all be getting into the box more and pushing ourselves to work even harder to achieve our goals. We all know that what we eat also has a huge impact on how successful we are in the Challenge, so this time around we’re offering an option for added nutritional support.
Rachel from West Coast Wellness (some of you may know her for the work she did with our team down at the Games) is going to facilitate the nutrition portion of our Challenge with her program, “Feast”. This is an optional, separate buy-in opportunity to get some nutritional coaching and programming. $25 gets you a personalized, clean-eating program guide to Feast, weekly group meetings, and one-on-one support from Rachel. Ultimately, you’ve got a few options:
