The new and improved CrossFit Intensify is coming soon!!

Monday starting at 10:15 we’re opening the doors to the new Box for a Move-in Work Party! Join us if you’d like to volunteer to help set-up our new and improved Box. There will be plenty of projects to finish tomorrow. The biggest one we’ll need help with: matting the floor. These mats are a hefty 90-100 lbs a piece. The delivery arrives at 10:15. Consider it your WOD moving these suckers around! We’ll welcome your help throughout the day. Swing by if you want to pitch in. We’ll be here working our butts off to get the Box back up and running.

We plan on reopening Tuesday morning for regular hours, if all goes according to plan. We’ll post here and in Intense Friends with updates whenever possible
