Saturday September 1st will be a CrossFit Community WOD! We’ll go meet up with other Eugene/Springfield-area CrossFitters for a big fun community workout. More info including time and location coming soon. The coaches at Track Town CrossFit and CrossFit Revival are meeting with us this weekend to talk logistics. Mark your calendars! This will be a great way to meet other local CrossFitters!

Saturday September 8th at 12:00 CrossFit Intensify is running in the Warrior Dash! If you’re registered, please try to run with us in the 12:00 heat. They weren’t checking heat times last year, so if you’re scheduled for a different heat, you should still be able to jump in with us. So, who all is going? More importantly, what costumes are we wearing? :)
