As many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes:
- 15 box jumps (24/20″, Masters 55+ 20″ for both)
- 12 shoulder-to-overhead (115/75 lbs, Masters 55+ 95/55 lbs)
- 9 toes-to-bar

With today’s Open WOD, everyone will get a chance to RX the workout. If you can get 1 box jump at the prescribed height, you will be able to post an RX score on the Games website. After you complete the box jump, you’ll have the option to continue the workout as it’s prescribed or scale back the rest of it. Sometimes The Open turns out to be just the push you need to find out you can jump higher or lift more than you ever thought possible. Just ask Wendy K! She found out that she can do 20″ box jumps last Thursday! She planned on doing just one but then ended up completing the entire workout at the prescribed box jump height!

Easter Sunday at CrossFit Intensify! Sunday April 8th join us for a CrossFit-inspired Easter Egg Hunt WOD at the box! Everyone is welcome. Bring friends and family. The WOD is Kid Friendly! Start your family’s Easter Sunday off right with a fun group CrossFit WOD.
Saturday April 14th is the CrossFit Intensify Butt-kicker at the Butte! Sessions at the box are canceled. We’ll meet at the base of Kelly Butte at the scheduled class times for an awesome Butte run WOD. It’s a great change of pace and total blast running up to the top to look over Springfield. Bring friends and family. Everyone is welcome! (Date and times are subject to change based on the weather! Keep your eyes peeled for updates!)
