CrossFit Intensify will soon be on a new Management platform: CF Dashboard. From the beginning, Andrew and I have done everything on our own. As the Box has grown it’s made it extremely difficult to devote 100% attention on serving you guys and focusing on coaching. Sitting at the computer punching numbers and dealing with paperwork is not what a CrossFit coach wants to be doing! So, CF Dashboard is specifically designed to help relieve us of some of this busy work. But what does that mean for you? A couple things…
CF Dashboard will be a new Member Billing Management System. You guys will receive an invite to activate your member profile. Once logged in you’ll be able to edit your information. In this Billing System, WE do not handle your Credit Card information. You log-on and input your billing info. We will be shutting down our current billing system effective September 1st. That will be your deadline to input your billing info into your CF Dashboard account. If you do not input your billing info, we will have no way of collecting your monthly payments and your membership will be suspended. You should receive an email this week or so. We will also make announcements here and in Intense Friends. The deadline to log-on and update your account will be September 1st.
As we make this transition to a new Billing System, we will also be trying to move a majority of our member’s recurring payments to the 1st of the month. This is CF Dashboard’s default setting. If you do not currently pay on the 1st of the month, CF Dashboard will prorate a payment to reset your account to the 1st each month. We have the power to override this however. So, if you ever decide that you would not like to be billing on the 1st of each month, you must email us a request to adjust your billing date. Please email us a written request to be sure the change goes thru.
So, on your end the transition will be pretty simple:
- Receive the CF Dashboard welcome email with a link to log-on and edit your account.
- Input your credit card information for your recurring monthly payments.
- Determine whether or not you’d like to be billed on a date other than the 1st.
- If the answer is yes, email Zach or Andrew to request an adjustment to the billing date.
